1 loaf of bread, 4 ways
I bought a half hull of sourdough at the store last week. Even though this was half of a loaf, it was pretty huge.
But since it was so fresh and delicious, I wanted to find a way to use the whole thing before it got moldy. If you’re not as committed to eating carbs regularly, you can definitely freeze any bread and save for later. It’s always good to have bread in the freezer for croutons, french toast and regular toast.
